A new bird in burnt Sienna color (oil on paper)
An happy Thursday to you all! This month of June is started in a warm and sunny way. The natural light come inside the room where I work and I really love to enjoy it while I'm painting.
As you know, my sweet (fat) birds are really appreciate by my customers and I sold the most part of them, so today I decided to paint a new one, using the "burnt Sienna" color. I love so much this color, in italian we call it "Terra di Siena bruciata" and the name came from the beautiful city of Siena and the shades of colors of its lands. I visited Siena many times, cause it's not so far from my city and every time it looks a jump in the past, cause there are a lot of ancient buildings and the landscapes around are fantastic!
This is the new bird I just finished to paint:
It's an oil painting in 200 gsm paper in A5 size and soon I'll add it to my Artfinder shop (link at the bottom).
