Crisis

For how long do we live in penury and hardship, crisis here and there, today you hear headlines like ; The Boko Haram attacked, unknown gun men, even communal clashes.

Sometimes I wonder about the situation on ground and I be like, " Is this how life is supposed to be?" I hope not. People die every day just like a movie I watched long time ago ( Ten thousand ways to die in the west). This is unbearable, these are innocent lives been wasted and dreams shattered. There is this saying that " the destiny of a man can not be destroyed but it could be delayed." The above quote is not optainable here because the destiny of the young people are being destroyed on a daily. mostly on irrelevant issue, crisis and and so on.

The government incapabilities. The government has failed not knowing what she represent, not able to control the situation, all the do is to seek for their political agenda and interest on how to embasle the funds and exploit the citizens,which is very wrong.

Due to the level of hardship and godfatherism. Mostly, the outspoken ones are being bought with peanuts. Since they are benefiting from the government they say nothing, left others in pains, hardship and torment not knowing what tomorrow brings.

Last week I took a work round the street to investigate what was really happening. I discovered so many in pains,I felt so bad. I wish I could help everyone but looking at myself as an uprising fine artist no having much money and enough materials to give out. It was so bad but I tried doing it in my little way, gave them the little I had, talked to them, prayed for better days, also taught the children how to make craft and art work which was so amazing. They were so happy and I felt joy inside of me.

Hopefully,we pray for better days ahead where they'll be peace. End to Brutality, killings, government oppression, scarcity, threats and terrorism.
