New drawing: Alan Rickman
Good morning everyone,
This beautiful morning, I present to you my recent drawing of the English actor Alan Rickman. He is popularly known for his role in the Harry Potter series where he played the character Severus Snape. His strict character and looks with deep voice are the first thing I loved about him. Even though I didn’t like his character so much at the beginning of the movies, I eventually loved him towards the end. He started his career in the theatre and later became a member of the Royal Shakespeare company. He is quite brilliant with ancient English stories. He started his television career in the late 80s and he featured in lot of movies like Galaxy Quest, Rasputin: Dark Servant of Destiny and many others. He won awards like Emmy Award, Godlrn Globe Awards and some others in his lifetime.
The drawing was done on pelican paper using blue biro.
PROCESS
He was one of my favorite actors in Harry Potter. I felt really sad knowing he had passed on as well as many other actors in the epic movie series. You did a a really great job with this piece. 👏
He wasn't mine at first but I later liked him towards the end. I felt so sad too when I heard he passed on. You know Harry Potter movies are old now. Most of the middle aged actors then would have grown old too as young Harry, Hermionie and Ron are now in their 30s.

Hey, @gloriaolar, I loved the role of Severus Snape in Harry Potter. I liked the fact that he was acting suspicious scenes right from the very beginning (which you hated).
At the same time, he was kinda strict and I think he was just looking out for his students, seeing that dark magic can make them misbehave if care isn't taken.
You did a great job with the drawing, I hope one of the these days, you'll teach me how to draw 🥺
Lol, I don't like the fact that he appeared wicked at first o but I later understand his reasons along the line.
Yes he was looking out for them and even sacrificed his life at the end.

Hahaha, yes, me too. It's great how the story unveiled. I couldn't have figured out that he would do an honorable thing as giving his life up for them at the beginning. Well, that's how life is, unpredictable...
