ReDrawing - Elf Princess / エルフのプリンセス

The study of drawing grayscale and colourising the grayscale drawing continues...
This time I decided to redraw the Elf princess I drew back in 2019, in my current style which is drawing in grayscale first then colourizing it. Also I’m drawing semi-realistic nowadays. Let’s see how I did this time.

グリザイユで描いてから色をのせる描き方の練習続きます。以前はアニメよりの描き方をしていましたが、セミリアルで描けるよう練習もしています。
今回は、２０１９年に描いたエルフのプリンセス をこの描き方で描くことにしました。
下の写真はラフスケッチを描いてから、徐々に整えています。

I realized that she has silver hair so I fixed it and added some details.

髪の色を間違えていたので直してから、細かく描き入れました。

Grayscale to colour!
I didn’t do a good job on adding the environmental colours. I had to adjust them a bunch later.
I also had to adjust the grayscale while colourising so that the skin would look smoother.

色をのせていきます。
環境光、かなり間違えたので後で直すことになります。
グリザイユで肌を描くのはとても難しいです。影は入れたいけれど肌の透明感を出すには影が邪魔になります。
グリザイユで描いたものを直しながら色をのせました。

I thought my old art work had the shoulder positioned wrong so I fixed it but the new one looked a bit off as well 😭
Again, drawing the body was very difficult for me and it was very frustrating but I enjoyed drawing in a semi-realistic way. I will continue my study so I can get better.

前に描いたものは肩の位置がおかしいと思ったので、今回、直してみたのですが、これもおかしい😭
体を描くのは難しいくてイライラしますが、セミリアルで描くのはとても楽しいです。
また頑張ります。
