Shall We Try again??

So the last short video I posted using Dapplr didn’t come out too great. Granted it was a Snapchat video but the quality was so bad one could tell what was going on. So ya, I was a little disappointed. This time around I did a little editing and joined 2 videos of us blowing fuses trying to identity which run of underground cable was bad. Added a few sound effects (non of which was the sound of the fuse blowing) and slowed down the last clip so you could see the smoke ring. The Lineman closing the fuse said it blew a perfect smoke ring when the fuse blew... Welp, he was right!!

Now pay no attention to the lunatic laughing in the background after the first fuse blowing. That guy has some serious issues and problems shouldn’t be anywhere near powerlines...

Welp, one thing I do know is... the kids liked the video...

The sound of these fuses blowing on the video doesn't do them justice. They hit hard and could probably wake the dead. I had a 20 amp fuse blow with me about 12 feet away... yep I felt that one. It was too windy to close it in from the ground so someone had to do it. LOL

in this case, dig up direct burried 25KV cable and fix the bad spot... then refuse and hope it doesn't blow again. LOL
