My Son The Model

The other day Owen and I went to the beach to model and the pictures came out great!

I think Owen is a natural and this kid just keeps getting cuter with age. He's definitely not going to have any trouble with getting the girls!

These are some of my favorite pictures from the photo shoot, it almost looks like he's trying hard to get some good poses in too! That, or he looks like a soccer player after a solid headbutt...

Kind of makes me wonder how much different he'll look as he gets older. This head-shot of him is going to be perfect to do a side by side comparison one day. I'm so glad I have some quality photos of him looking so good!

Our Wild Day

Today Owen and I had lots of fun with our friends, so this morning I had to make sure he had plenty of fuel in the tank and ate a good breakfast. People used to say I had dinosaur hands when I was concentrating on things, I guess it's genetic! Maybe he just was pretending he was Spiderman while watching cartoons...

First thing on our agenda today was going to the fun park. Owen was following his friend Finnley around everywhere, it was so cute! Finnley definitely wore Owen out today since he's sleeping like a rock now, he literally passed out for his nap this afternoon...

Owen is surprisingly good at this game for only being 2 years old. He really enjoys watching me play video games, which is great for me since I love playing them! It was so funny watching him try and show Finnley how to play the game...

I'm not going to lie, I was a little worried when Owen took off and went down this slide. It was very steep but his friend Finnley looked after them and Owen loved it!

Like I said, these two were pretty much glued together the entire time at the arcade. I stopped spending money on the games once I realized they had just as much fun pretending to play them!

It's amazing how easily amused children are, I mean who would of thought a tiny ball pit is so much fun to a toddler! I tell Owen he's only allowed to throw balls at his Dad because I'm immune to pain but it's a no no to throwing them at anyone else!

The playground here is a lot of fun, it's great too because it's fully padded so I don't have to worry too much about Owen falling either. This is one of my favorite places to go to in Fort Lauderdale to try and wear Owen out!

You would never believe how many different nicknames I have for Owen. John Elway when he's throwing a football. Evel Knievel when he's doing anything crazy. You get the idea!

Ok, so maybe he's not ready to be a professional dare devil just yet... but, this was our first climbing experience and definitely won't be the last!

Romeo & Juliet

So today Owen finally met his Juliet! However Owen has a lot of learning to do because Juliet can talk and she's only 1 month older than him! Owen definitely has some catching up to do if he wants to impress his new crush...

Ok so maybe they didn't actually fall in love at first site, but it's cute to think it could have happened! For now though, I'm going to have to teach Owen not to point guns at girls!

After Owen gave up at winning Juliet's heart his old buddy Finnley was still there to hang out! They ended up catching all the fish in the pool too!

The End of a Long Week-end

That was pretty much our day right there folks, a wild ride with lots of little people!

It was Owen's first time meeting Juliet but he's starting to get really tight with Finnley. Finnley does have a ton of energy and I wouldn't mind if some of that rubbed off on Owen!

I'm looking forward to many more wild days ahead and continuing to hang out with our friends.
