If you feel physically fit then your mental health will always be good that's what I have felt. Why because when you are physically active you tend to forget any stress, that's why if I feel stressed out wither I do meditation or go for a walk

Sounds very logical, definitely each person has his or her own way of dealing with stress, although analyzing it well while we are in physical activity we expel a certain amount of endorphins

Speaking of stress, two years ago I did a research project (required for graduation from high school) on "Art Therapy Strategies to Address Stress through the Use of Creativity".
