Star Wars puzzles - Pictures [Esp-Eng]

Soy una persona con trastorno de ansiedad generalizada, así que, armar rompecabezas es muy útil cuando tengo la ansiedad a todo lo que da. Realizar el armado me ayuda a disminuir los niveles de estrés y a entrar como en un estado de relajación, que hasta en ocasiones, me provoca sueño. Junto con mi novia, esto se volvió como nuestra actividad para distraernos y entretenernos durante la cuarentena, así que en este año hemos armado varios rompecabezas. De hecho, hace tiempo escribí sobre como esta actividad nos ha ayudado, aquí pueden ver cuál fue nuestro primer rompecabezas.

I have a generalized anxiety disorder, so putting puzzles together is very useful when I have anxiety at its peak. Doing puzzles helps me lower my stress levels and get into a state of relaxation, which sometimes makes me sleepy. Together with my girlfriend, this became our activity to distract and entertain us during our quarantine. This year, we have put together several puzzles. Some time ago, I wrote about how this activity has helped us, here you can see what our first puzzle was.

La gran mayoría de los rompecabezas que hemos armado son referentes a mi saga favorita, Star Wars, y han sido de mil piezas. A estas alturas, hemos considero comenzar a buscar rompecabezas de dos mil o más piezas, deseamos un mayor reto. Espero no nos provoque estrés al ver el montón de piezas 😂.

The vast majority of the puzzles we have put together are related to my favorite saga, Star Wars, and have been of one thousand pieces. We have considered starting to look for puzzles of two thousand or more pieces. We want a more significant challenge. I hope it doesn't cause us stress to see the pile of pieces 😂.

Para hacer esto interesante durante la cuarentena, optamos por armar toda la colección presente en la parte trasera de la caja. Al inicio, solo teníamos el de Boba Fett, pero conforme paso el tiempo fuimos consiguiendo los demás.

We opted to assemble the entire collection in the box's back to make this enjoyable during the quarantine. In the beginning, we only had the Boba Fett one, but as time went on, we got the others.

Los rompecabezas que armamos, son de la marca Novelty, la cual a pesar de su costo tan económico, unos 120 pesos por rompecabezas, tiene buenos gráficos. Eso si, las piezas deben tratarse con mucho cuidado porque son muy frágiles y se doblan fácilmente.

The puzzles we put together are from the Novelty brand, which has good graphics despite its low cost, about 120 pesos per puzzle. However, the pieces must be treated with great care because they are very fragile and bend easily.

Para estos rompecabezas, tardamos alrededor de entre 8 horas y 24 horas, claro, no de forma continua, pero si dedicándole unas 4 horas diarias. El principal problema era que muchas piezas eran prácticamente del mismo color y encontrar su ubicación era de lo más terrible. Tuvimos que aplicar el armado a fuerza bruta, o sea, probar pieza por pieza :(.

It took us between 8 hours and 24 hours for these puzzles, of course, not continuously, but dedicating about 4 hours a day. The main problem was that many pieces were practically the same color, and finding their location was terrible. We had to apply the assembly by brute force, that is, trying piece by piece :(.

Para dejarlos bien armados y poderlos guardarlos, decidimos colocarles cinta adhesiva por la parte posterior. En un futuro, me gustaría poder enmarcarlos y colocarlos en mi habitación/oficina.

To keep them well assembled and to be able to store them, we decided to tape them on the back. I would like to frame and place them in my room/office in the future.
