Hello Ulogers,

We are on our day 78 stay at home because we are Senior Citizens though our place is under Moderate General Community Quarantine, we can't go out, but if I need to go to the pharmacy, I can go out during Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I hav'nt tasted chia seeds before then just lately I read the blog of @jemzem about her Champorado with chia seeds. I commented and asked her where did she bought her chia. I was so happy because she's a supplier and ho my she lives just next barangay. To cut the story short I ordered and delivered cash on delivery.

The delivery man from Lalamove arrived just 15 minutes after booking.

Grateful much @jemzem gave me freebie, I requested her Aloe Vera Plant. Next blog I will share how I use this freebie.

Meanwhile, the following day which was yesterday I cooked whole rolled oats with chia seeds with the beginners suggested dosage, ahh, two teaspoon for hubby and me.

Here is the ingredients.

2 cups ...whole rolled oats
3 cups water, cooked in rice cooker

2 tsp chia seeds soak in 3/4 cup water for 15 mins.

Optional...left over cooked red rice

2 sachet stevia
Cinnamon powder just a dash

Am starting gradually my low carb diet program, may I succeed.

Chia has lots of health benefits, and a really flexible ingredient too.

I have yet to try oats with chia. I think you're on the right track to your low-carb diet. Pero hinay hinay lang po, especially senior.🙂 Lots of health issues to consider. 😉

True hinay hinay kasi nong bigla akong nag intermittent fasting nanginig ako bumaba ang sugar ko saka di ko pa carry tangalin ang kanin need ko sa umaga.
