From what it sounded like he was saying the QR codes are going to be registered in China, and that would be concerning to me if my license was registered in China. The QR code registered to my wallet address shouldn't need a Chinese authority to verify it, I was concerned if this Menthol QR codes or if it only meant commercially verified codes or what exactly he was on about.
