Cryptobrewmaster - Brewing First IPA While Digging A Hole

Cryptobrewmaster

Brewing my first IPA

Some of the ingredients I got through quests. Other I bought on the market since it's much cheaper to get them this way. Quests are too expensive!

What do you think will come out? Hopefully a blue beer :)

I also wonder how much will it be worth? My guess is that it will be less than the sum of ingredients. Yet, I am prepared to be surprised.

Brewing along ...

Not really since it is increasingly too expensive to get anything from the tasks and cover the expenses with brewed beer. SO I simply sell the cards.

To put things in perspective. Last week this time I had 707.39 CBM. Now I have 669.59 CMB. And I wasn't lazying around.

OK, some might say that playing Cryptobrewmaster is not an investment. Yet, getting into a deficit will only lead you to stop playing.

The economics of the game has to change! I don't have any propositions on how to change it ...

In the meantime ...

I won't buy time to see the outcome. Let it brew.

It’s so easy to see the current prices just by getting to the cashier in the pub) all the prices there

Thanks for your answer. 31.46 CBM for a blue IPA is less than the sum of its ingredients, isn't it? Not counting the time ...

It’s an early alpha release (people have yet forgotten about it) with an open market, where you can put any price. All the economy is still building and will be evolved. If you have some proposals, please leave em under in your posts. Thanks

No problem and, please, don't take it personally. It's just that the economics need to be fine tuned. No proposals at this time since I didn't invest any time in thinking it out - yet :)

When getting Masterpiece beer, and selling it for 100+ CBMs why you not asking how that happened, and where's the money from?

Getting a 2 USD booster pack and receiving 5 0.01 cents cards in SM game, seems no one is complaining...

I see you investing in a Rising star. Well done! I invested in 1 mil Starbits when the price was 100+usd. Am I complaining?)))

I bought some Cryptobrewmastergame packs too earlier in the game. It's just that, currently, your day to day brewing business creates a loss. 10% loss on a weekly scale. Maybe it's just me not thinking out the strategy. I don't know. It's not my business, after all :)

To put things in perspective. Last week this time I had 707.39 CBM. Now I have 669.59 CMB. And I wasn't lazying around.

Last week I bought a lot of cheap ingredients from the market and some cheap beers too.
This investment resulted in a decrease of my amount of CBM (~700 --> < 500).
I brewed a lot of beers from the ingredients and ended 3rd in the wholesaler event and top 25 in the manufacturer event which got me a lot of ingredient cards. I've put most them on the market this week and used some to brew the new IPA which I sold for 37,5 CBM today.
I'm now almost at 1000 CBM again.

I never drink (virtual) beers and hardly use the finish now button. I just collect as much ingredients possible.

The market and the increased prizes in the events bring the game more tactics. If you play it smart you really can increase your CBM. I'm increasing my CBM for future game updates :)

Great to hear your approach is bringing you benefits.

Yes, getting the ingredients through the quests, and drinking beer, is too expensive.

I'll do the mix of finishing quests with the energy that comes naturally and buying ingredients on the market.
