RE: For The Record

It is a pleasure to welcome Inspector Doris once again to the Ink Well community. As always, she is perceptive and unfailing in her deductive reasoning. The dialogue is quite convincing. The reader at first suspects Inspector Doris might have an innocent man...especially when that man vomits at the sight of his victim. However, we learn that Timini is not a practiced killer.

You set the scene wonderfully. Readers 'see' Doris clearly. The story is well developed. One minor error you (as an accomplished writer) might like to edit:

the Sergeant: the sergeant would be lower case, Sergeant so and so (name) would be upper case
