RE: Crashed And Burnt

Hello @bruno-kema What I like most about your story are your characters. From the seasoned Inspector, Doris, to the Sargeant, Kemi, you provide insights into their specialties. Kemi knows her cars. You can tell her appreciation when she states that this luxury model should have encountered a better retirement than being destroyed after engulfed in flames.

Doris, on the other hand, has a keen eye and a nose for a murder. Her analytical skills are evident as she removes the clutter to uncover the true cause of the accident.

The teacher and the student. I like how Kemi presumes one outcome. However, Doris walks her through the logical steps of her theories to show her other possibilities that may point to a different outcome.

I have a feeling that Doris is elated that her expertise proves right once again.

I feel the moral of the story is to never assume or jump to conclusions upon first glance. Careful and thorough analysis of any situation is the best route to take.

Thank you for sharing this true detective story. It was a good read.
