Yeah, the ocean is a remarkable place to be for sure! I'm sure Cali has some remarkable beaches, never been there myself! We are hoping to move to Florida sometime over the next couple months so it will be nice to hopefully be near a beach all year round lol. The little man tries to guilt is by saying things like "I wish we lived closer to the beach so we could go every day" out of nowhere, pulls on your heart strings! lol
Oh yeah, Florida is very nice too; my father-in-law used to live in Islamorada. I used to love to visit, although the beaches were rocky if I recall. Yet the seafood down there...hogfish? That might be the most amazing fish I've ever eaten...
I've never heard or tried it so I will make a plan to give it a try when we get down there! I will miss the delicious fresh New England haddock though, that's my current favorite!
