I think a good product always needs a bit of hype. It can get far on its own, yes, but at some point, it needs the push.
I mean look at Coca-Cola and all the other big companies, they STILL run ads. Yeah, crypto is different, but these celebrity come in handy, sometimes. Can it survive without them, yes, but they own the big bucks so we kinda need them.
Elon is simply abusing his power. He uses it in favour of himself, obviously for readings best known to him.
Secondly, I usually ape into cryptocurrency these days. And mentioning BTT just made me cringe. It was soo cheap.
My investment was pretty minor, like $11. I'd hate to lose it either way 😆.
I'm gonna start doing my research. Although, I've started only buying what I see people I trust hype on Twitter. But yes, I should do my research and stop being so damn lazy.
Coca Cola's success is not based on Hype! Running ads has nothing to do with Hype! It's just a normal advertisement, it's just a way of creating a public awareness and that's widely different from a hype!
When an Influencer shills a product, others start giving it too much regards, pushing it out everywhere and getting everyone to talk about it!
Elon practically did that with doge, and he had to publish numerous tweets before doge got to where it is, sad.
