dCity: Investment on Cards to Reduce Gameplay Risk?

(Edited)

When I realised that the crime rate has increased much due to the fact that there are a lot more immigrants and homeless found in my city, I needed to do something...

Hopefully with a budget...

Unfortunately after testing it out, it doesn't seemed to be an immediate effect; probably it could be due to the fact that it's a gym and not a police station.

With the simulation coming to an end soon and there could be more diminishing income simulations coming, maybe creating more jobs might do the trick?

But how many out there in the market that actually be below 4 SWAP.HIVE / 800 SIM?

Pretty much none that I never had; except, perhaps I should make sure that my Education points reached 40 in order for the opportunities to discover techonology card is higher; even though I did receive a technology card discovered at 39 points!

Changing game plan: Investing on professionals instead of waiting for Job Center to convert immigrants.

Nevermind, research center actually requires a lot more scientists, therefore having a few more below 1 SWAP.HIVE in order to push the general citizens and workers to other jobs could do the trick.

I also noticed that artists have some good prices in the market, these could also fill up my gallery in order to spare the immigrants and homeless for other job filing.

Basic Homes are also a good options; however the flexibility isn't fantastic.

What would you do? Would you brush in more professionals too instead of whisking worker cards to your city?

Let me know what you think at the comments below.

All game strategy ideas are definitely welcome!

Oh you mean the drone and the police enhancement?
Those are scarce in the market though.
