I just learnt about UTOPIS today and I dipped in for 100 tokens. Looks very promising and seeing how BRO has grown over time, UTOPIS may also scale that high. It would make more sense with the growing price of HIVE.

BTW: What's the correct name of such token? Dividend or Collateral token?

It's usually referred to as dividend paying tokens I suppose .

That's very interesting to see and if the price of UTOPIS and/or HIVE doubles form the present, then payback would be possible in 6 months.

There are 13k + UTOPIS yet to be sold at 3.5 Hive so once it is sold we will get to know what's the next price will be ? With such an amazing APR I have no doubts it's market price ( depending on demand and supply ) will be over 6-7 Hive .
