The pullback that never came!

I was tired of waiting for a pullback in gold to add to the stack!

As most of my friends know, I save precious metals instead of fiat dollars. I don't like buying it by the gram, that is a rip off unless you are buying Mene jewelry. So my strategy is to save up enough for at least an ounce of gold or 100 ounces of silver and patiently await a pullback.

Looking even better today, I was glad to see it. I keep waiting for the big smackdown to buy more gold but it has not happened. My patience usually pays off but now I wonder if this is the new norm.

Then I pulled the trigger and picked up this ounce of gold!

I will keep saving up for more, and if the pullback does come I will be ready to grab more. I do also hold positions in gold miners that have been doing very well lately, I may take some profits and buy more physical with my gains too!

Nice. I would love to that in the future too.
I really hope in the future we can also buy physical gold here in the Philippines with the market price. Most of the gold/silver that can be bought here are jewelries and has a premium price.

My wife wanted some more gold at 1300 eur but I told her to wait as it as a little high......now we have 1600 EUR. Luckily we have a lot already .

Gold has been extremely impressive. I personally would still like to see a pull back BUT it may not come. The implications are astounding for the monetary system. Nice pick up!

Nice score my friend, I try to patiently wait for a pullback as well, sometimes it works out....sometimes not LOL!
With Platinum down a bit in price, that was a good buy!

Yea, I might grab some more platinum if gold stays up there. I always felt like this day would not be allowed to happen. I feel the need to get rid of a bunch more fiat before it's too late!

Waiting for a pullback is the hardest thing to do, lol. I think it's still a good price as still below all time high, and the amount of currency in circulation is a lot more than 9 years ago

Wow, you must have laid out a big wad of cash to pull off this score and walked funny with the fat wallet in you back pocket. Very Impressive and Congrats on this savings achievement.
