I completely forgot that I bought this stock a long time ago. I noticed it yesterday on one of my tickers and remembered I picked some up a long time ago at like 35 cents per share.

I think I first heard about it on a youtube video with Frank Holmes a few years ago.

Then I heard it talked about on The Dollar Vigilante Show. Another time it was talked about on Wallstreet for Mainstreet.
I remember thinking this would give me exposure to Bitcoin in the regular stock market. (it did)

I had completely written this stock off in my mind and never bothered to sell it for a tax loss. Then it started moving with bitcoin while I wasn't watching.

I even saw a post about it yesterday from @offgridlife,

This development has me tingly all over because I felt I didn't have enough exposure to Bitcoin. Now I have this stock and some more exposure through @spinvest, I believe Spinvest has one bitcoin in their holdings, so that's more for me.

I really don't think I could recommend this stock now that it has gone up 6 or 7 times in price since I bought it. It probably needs to pull back and fill in the gaps, you know how that goes when your stock goes straight up.

Does anyone have any recommendations on other mining stocks that mine for Bitcoins or some popular altcoins? I like this approach to investing in cryptos because all my KYC crap is already out there with my brokerage account, so there is that.

I bought a ton of this when it first came out sold most of it but kept a position which I considered zero entry given the profits I made. Normally I trade and never "invest", buy and hold is never the way to go in my book. Every day I used look at this stock in my portfolio to remind myself why I never invest. Then this past month bang! Crap I probably will still be holding this stuff a year from now to remind never "buy and hold"! I am glad I am not the only one who has been holding this stinker!

I agree sometimes buying and holding can be a b****. I have plenty of others that are just sitting there doing nothing that could be written off.

That is indeed true. One of the reasons for the explosion in value of SPI since we are up big on the Bitcoin buy.

A lot of other good stuff.

I always liked that about SPI, it was smart to stick to that plan of obtaining a Bitcoin, and I don't think too many people know this about SPI.

I think I do the same, the ones going up I watch closer! The ones going down, I rationalize that they will come back up.......Hmmm...🤔

Lol. Crazy we have the same name and wondered if they were any good. It looks like everything you touch does well and should be called Goldfinger. Kind of suits you as even shitty things seem to increase in value once you touch them.
