This could be take literally to mean making our own cryptocurrency which we can literally do. Money creation is no longer monopolized by governments. You can go on Hive Engine or Ethereum and generate your own token.
So yes we are making it.

Yes true. Soon in another few years the government will completely lose control over it. The beauty of Blockchain is that the government will not be able to completely shut down a Blockchain even if they try.
