It wasn't just in that voice meeting doc... I think dada has mentioned it a few times (not directly at you) to keep a trading journal... it looks very handy and I think it serves its purpose.

Probably, but I must have missed it then.
And yes, it's a very handy thing to have. It's hard to realize he value of it at first glance, but once you have your own it makes analyzing the current positions so much easier.
