I can see you have everything planned with everything pretty much in place. yes, this is time to sell part of your crypto-assets so to make sure that your investment is covered. I have a house loan but that is for the sake of tax saving. I am also going to spend money on property in near future.

That is the smart play. Cover your investment and see how far the rest can take you. I'm hesitant to sell just yet as the markets are holding up well but i will be doing it in small amounts going forward to try and get the most out of my previous buys.
