I think the easy money has already been made in the oil tankers. USO might be a buy now based on their structure of buying oil futures contracts.

I haven't looked at how they restructured it yet, but I'm not very interested in the fund. This vid was put out there to hopefully stop people jumping into things they don't understand (not you haha). I would be interested to hear your thoughts on PDBC though (I don't remember if I mentioned it in the vid.
