We are about to buckle the first week of May. It sounds like every month of this year
follows a different recipe. I can tell you the weather is changing big time and the sun
is hotter. This is a pejorative term cause the sun always hot. I guess I feel it more than
usual while some other places snow is falling. This is the world we all been living quite a while.
Many of us spend a great chunk of our day looking at a screen. It has become a way of work for many.
The flow of information we digest dictate the next move. We tend to react, if plan before hands the reaction
differs by application.

Hivers do spend time in the community. The most successful ones engage the best ways possible. I have to say spending
time on Hive, Leofinance and elsewhere is very important. Writing a post considers to be step number one. Follow up
with the community has gained traction where engagement is the second step of all. It could be a daunting task to go back
and follow up. You have to do it, otherwise you can be regarded as self absorbed and be a one mind person.
For the past couple month I made a habit of commenting regularly everyday to my posts but to other posts
I see fit for comments. I tried to comment on other post where I see few lions comments. Comments are the fuel for this blockchain.
I think if you cannot write great posts, learn to write solid comments to stay engaged. Upvote is another story.
Real engagement requires a comment. This is where connection is made and the respect is build.

Comment is so important Leofinance alone as a community focus on pushing the idea by engagement. It is growing tremendously
and it keeps the door open for more connection to be made. Value at this tribe sets an example how strong the whole
ecosystem should be. Got to put the work first before you blow the horns.

Due to the increase in Hive value, more folks are coming over. So far this year we have seen the dollar mark and eventually
we can reach that mark again. In the effect of light more see the opportunity to come and make their name. Hardly to know
who they are, engagement is the best offense to counter punch any ideas to scam the system.
The effort makes sense since this approach is more amicable and it will make everyone's time more profitable.
We as vigilant members, it is our foremost action to curb any sign of dishonest before hand.
Engagement is the best way to protect this brand.

While Hive is worth a thousand satoshis it is a golden mind if you know how to interact with the community. Everyone sees the process
in a different light. After the day is over, recalibrate and start the process again. Stability is the pillar for Hive. You know what
to expect when you come over. You definitely have to stay sharp but you need to be aware your posts are an addition to the blockchain
forever. The value of your words today should be impactful the next days and so forth. Whatever the price, the idea for Hive remains the same.

Value can be graded by many aspects in this blockchain. One thing I know we thrive to convey is respect. It is fundamental and it shows
why decentralization is a goal we tend to march on. In order for the process to work, each hiver got to fill in the blank. Whatever your purpose is, make is happen to the best of your ability. Hard work paid off. Unhinged I can be sometimes I need to follow the principle where I can write a post and know I respect your time. We have to agree to disagree. This is what make Hive a place where through friction we are moving forward. Knowing a hard fork is on the way, it will allow us to continue learning ways to improve.
Not knowing the future, this is the best way to grow and keep Hive in the right place.

Well you're one of the engagers that hardly segregates based on level or class, like me too I engage on posts that are relatable and of course fun filled and has the level of knowledge that I deem readable. I'm relatively glad for the hive price. It hasn't plummeted and has quite maintained the 0.5 mark quite well, let's see how it goes, I think the bull run isn't over yet.

Many embraced me and support me. I thank you all.
My best course of action is to pay it forward
without knowing I may never get it in return.
At least I know it is a good deed to engage
and spread it.

You are a great example with your writings.
You persevere and continue to write despite all calamities.
I know it is not always green for you but you care enough.
You maintained your approach by commenting in any subject that upbuild this community.
Sometimes I am worried for your stance in some subjects,(fear of downvote) but you are truthful and stay course.
