Does this help us to generate prosperity? We live in a society of #well-being, now relative, where it is well seen to spend money without having a spending and savings plan.

Do we stop to think if excess spending is the expression of our emotional shortcomings?

Society generates an illusory need for consumption, to achieve a feeling of well-being and immediate gratification.

In fact, one of the banks I work with repeatedly offers me a personal loan of € 12,000 with all the facilities in the world.

My answer is usually: But haven't we learned from the crisis? Do we keep doing the same, happily go into debt? Do they keep putting candy in our mouths?

Of course, I say this to the person who informs me, letting her know that it is not a personal criticism of her, but of the bank's structure.

The only way to deal with an emotional need is to have a clear awareness of what it is and find a way to manage it.

It is clear that the best way to solve our economic problems is to face them and assume them, to find out the deep reasons.

As a tool to help us see where we spend our money, there are mobile apps where we record our daily expenses and we can realize how the money is going almost without realizing it. Or we can also do it in a notebook of a lifetime, which we always carry at hand, so that no expense escapes us.

From there we can promote our prosperity, bringing a conscious order.
