It's interesting...I don't know much about real estate &, like you, I am a renter also. I have been renting a condo for over 10 yrs. I have been fortunate since I have a very good landlord. However, I have noticed there are a lot of empty condos around me & in the same complex as mine. We had that problem a bit before but it has been a lot worse since the plandemic... no one can afford the prices owners are asking for. It also seems like there is a misconception of what people can actually afford at this time as well...

Nevada is struggling a lot in the hospitality industry...some hotels are open and running at some capacity but a lot are closing or struggling at the very best. Now, it looks like we may be going through another lockdown, which won't help much ....

However, like you & so many others, I also have a vision. I truly feel that we have a huge advantage being the pioneers here on HIVE & the cryptocurrency world in general. A house would be nice someday, but for me, being able to pay the bills & living comfortably with the help of crypto sounds divine. My goals are aligned with that dream. It may be simple but I believe I can do that in time...

I am so thankful for the blockchain because we do truly have freedom of speech here & can be free to express ourselves without fear of being censored or deleted. Granted, maybe not everyone will like what we have to say, but that's okay. We can still share our ideas & agree to disagree sometimes. The main thing is we have a voice here.

Thanks for another interesting video, Zoltan. I hope you are able to buy that house sooner than later. You deserve it! :)🧡

Well, that would be fixed probably very soon... as nobody likes to keep his property empty and without making money from it... I would say that renting prices will go down... How much, we will see...

Nevada is struggling a lot in the hospitality industry...some hotels are open and running at some capacity but a lot are closing or struggling at the very best.

The problem with hospitality is that all of them to make some profits, have to be filled at least with 70-80% capacity... If not, they are or only surviving, or going into debt... I don't know what will be with all this... We are living in a similar surroundings...

And I do agree that we are pioneers in crypto and I hope, same as you, that it would be great if we can afford for living from it...

Thanks for the wishes!
