Problem or bug with taking out an extra loan out of a bitcoin-vault at oasis.app

After I succesfully wrapped some Bitcoin to WBTC and used it to purchase and stake HIVE (see my post here: https://peakd.com/hive-167922/@partitura/wrapping-bitcoin-to-lend-and-stake-hive) I decided to repeat the proces. The idea of building a bitcoin-holding ánd HIVE-holding simultaneously is very tempting.

As the technique is so new, it is generally not considered advisatory to hold a large portion or even all of one's holding in Bitcoin in smart contracts. There could be bugs in the code that a hacker could take advantage of. Or something unexpected could happen, causing the contract to liquidate a loan. And you could lose your entire holding.

At the moment I own not more than about 0.025 bitcoin. It would not be fun to loose that, but it would not be the end of the world as it is hardly all of my savings. So, I thought I would be save to purchase another 0.025 bitcoin and follow the same route as I had done before.

I succesfully added the bitcoin to my already existing bitcoin-vault ar oasis.app. And there is sits nicely and quietly.

In my earlier experiment, I took out a loan of 100 DAI. By adding another 0.025 bitcoin, I could take out some extra DAI, I thought. And at first sight the oasis.app-website seems to agree with me.

I should be able to generate an extra 286 DAI. Well, that's of course far too much. Half of that amount would already be great. So I pressed the "Generate"-button, expecting that generating 150 DAI would not be a problem. Strangely enough, it is a problem. The website won't allow me to generate more than 1 (one) DAI.

Even though it says I could generate 286.87 DAI, it won't let me generate more than one. Why is this? Have I overlooked something? Is there a minimum period between taking out loans? Is there some hidden ratio at work I know nothing about? Is the minimum collateral ration for bitcoin above 500%? Or is this a bug?

Or is it some divine providence warning my to stay cautious with my crypto investments?

I have really no idea. I hope it is just some glitch, and that tomorrow all will be normal and I can take out the DAI I want. If not, I'm not sure what I am going to do. If anyone has an idea about what could be wrong, please let me know.

Hey, this is something I'm planning to do too. As for the problem - they should have a support page, discord channel etc. as it seems to be a bug.
