That was far above Eli's pay grade. Those negotiations took place with Ned, the other Steemit Inc shareholders, and Sun (along with a ream of attorneys).
As for Ned informing Sun, that isnt likely either. Do not forget, Ned doesnt excel in the honesty and open department either.

Well Ned proved to be piece of shit, thats all. However, its still hard to think that way, after all why is he trying to overtake steem governance after discussion that took place yesterday
