I like this idea a lot. I was talking with dalz last night about HBD and his version is to lock up HIVE to create HBD payouts on posts.

I think any system that ties in a stable coin to post payouts is going to implode. It's too easy to spin up new accounts in the event of default (whether intentional or just from market price changes).

But making the system run on locked savings doesn't have this issue.
