Yep. I'm a little annoyed this isn't already the case. Looking at the top 20 there are a few witnesses who have seemingly done very little (apart from producing blocks) for Hive thus far.

Yes that is a travesty.
Some are still getting rewards and arent even really on hive anymore.
Hopefully we will see more Leo supporters powering up and moving Leofinance into consensus.
