One of the best way to get what you want in your life by thinking long term and surround yourself people who believes in you and have similar world-views.

Believing in yourself and betting on yourself will attract people towards you.

When I came back to HIVE last year, I told myself that I'm here to stay and build at least until 2025. I was someone who saw a true potential in Steem and went all in and learned extremely valuable lessons.

Anything can CEO can do, A community can do 10X better.

I truly believe in the power of people coming together for a collective mission. I never consider myself as a leader and I'm more of servant and a work horse. The more ownership that take with HIVE, the more I realising that I'm a true leader and it's time for me to rise up.

I quit steem in August 2019 and came back to HIVE June 2020. During my time with HIVE so far, I tried so many different things and try to figure out a biggest problem that I can solve to take HIVE to the next level.

There are so many things are broken with HIVE and there is no quick fix. When I put myself forward as community leader, I know fixing hive is not a small task but it's an opportunity to work on something I'm passionate about (decentralisation & freedom).

I wanted to write more but I think it's enough for today.

I'm never giving up with HIVE and it might get little ugly for next few days/week before we start executing our mission of growing our HIVE network 10x and bring new investors & big partnership to HIVE.

Thank you for these encouraging words. I admire your stance and determination to move Hive forward. It's a mark of good leadership.

One can easily panic, especially with the recent dip in the crypto market but thinking long term is important. Well done and keep up the good work! 💪

Go has promised us a safe landing but not a sag=fe sailing!!

I know getting different people to work together is hard, but we shall still fight under your leadership until we see many people shilling Hive on Twitter and creating partnerships.

Yes. My dream is when I can buy groceries for hive. When I will have more Hive I try to do this and open HIVE shop!) For me Hive is ideal blockchain with fast transactions.

You've got the quality of a good leader Nathan. I like the fact that you're open to feedbacks and likewise you aren't shaken by the feedbacks that negates your opinions but rather you picked what can be learnt from them and kept moving.

I've growth mindset not a fixed one.

Rewriting the proposal now, so people who has not yet voted have another chance to change their mind.

I truly believe in community driven marketing and it's worth fighting for what we believe in.

$5 says Ignite Visibility will make a list of people they could target from their research that will be eerily similar to Nathans approach.

The difference is they'll ask for another 250k-400k + a fund for their targeted brand ambassadors.

Level 2 Digital Marketing at its finest. Who knows why it has to be this way?

Wouldn't be nice to put this money into community and empower community driven marketing.

Even the unicorn companies like AirBnb, Uber and Coinbase have found a way to replace marketing with referral programmes and use customer's social capital and word of mouth as their top marketing strategy. They put the money in developing a quality product.

I'm taking few days off Twitter and try to rewrite the proposal to better explain the vision of community driven marketing.

That is the name of the game in Crypto, don't panic. If you have been in the game long enough you know the drill. I got in late 2017, was buying at the tops of lots of coins. Just wish I bought more BTC and ETH when it was at those prices back then lol

I think the market tanked at the right time. Investors can now comfortably buy-in HIVE cuz they are not going to get it cheap in 6 months from now or 1 year from now.
