Probably he would’ve tweeted something like:

I wish I had kept my 1,700 BTC @ $0.06 instead of selling them at $8.00, now that they’re $50,000!

Just for the lols, 1,700 worth $92,235,030 now.

Great reminder! I plan at least till 2025 to hold on them, but as you say 2030 would be better!

Need to keep reminding our community to think long term because many people have no clue when it comes to investing.

This is interesting I haven't really bought any with my money but I have earned some and I had some at another place where they take bitcoins. And it actually multiplied by three from what it was. If I could use the funds in real life I cashed out from that that payment processor site just before Itt started going down recently

There are also many more resources out there today, like LeoFinance, where we can get more info on the topics that can help us avoid making such decisions :)

Crypto calls for long term vision! Keep those bags and HODL like there you can see your crypto bags appreciating thousands of times.

if you aren’t thinking about HODLing for ten years, don’t even think about investing in Crypto

Hindsight is wonderful but we must also ask what may have happened if he HADN'T sold them? In 2030, I will be in my mid-60s, holding isn't for all and I feel it must be pointed out that individual circumstances are more important than simply following a herd mentality.
I write this with the utmost of respect to you Nathan :-)

Hilarious with the benefit of hindsight. I think he got into eth at single digits and has done alright so at least he didn't repeat the mistake.

A few years back when BTC was in the low hundreds my friend sold all his 11 BTC to pay for a luxury holiday to impress his girlfriend.

They went on the expensive holiday.

But one day after they got back, she dumped him.

He currently doesn't have a girlfriend, nor 11 BTC.

And he can't go on a holiday because of lockdown...
