Greetings cryptofriends, in this episode of CryptoSnacks we are gonna explore a very interesting decentralized social media called Whaleshares.

Back in 2018 this plataform was born. It was a fork from Steem but with a lot of differences. The upvote system was programmed to automatically share the content but with the last Hardfork everything changed. Now there is no voting system instead they put a "tip" system where you can support the other content creator, this was implemented because they wanted to stop the spam, the vote farming and the all those types of abuses.

In this video we are looking at some features like the wallet , block Explorer, and many other.
This is an special Episode because I got so many memories from back in 2018 and 2019 when I attended activities on the discord server of my friend @poeticsnake and also Bbcas.
I discovered making this series of videos that it's really interesting how this technology can be used in so many ways, it has so many possibilities its up to the users to push the boundaries .
