En esta ocasión me sumo nuevamente al challenge de leofinance, de la mano @rutablockchain, el cual es: "Money in My Childhood" Challenge - Reto "El Dinero en mi Infancia", trata de hablar sobre la historia de cómo conocimos el dinero en nuestra infancia, basado en lo que conocíamos en ese entonces y lo que pudieron enseñarnos nuestros padres en la apreciación del mismo.

Para unirme a este reto, tuve que recordar muchos eventos respecto a esto, y es porque desde pequeño he tenido la afinidad en buscar dinero a como de lugar, no por reconocimiento, ni necesidad como tal, simplemente porque es algo que se ve muy común en mi sangre árabe. Así que tuve varios emprendimientos desde los nueve años, por así decirlo, bastante cómicos, pero en este caso les comentaré uno, desde el inicio hasta el objetivo que tuve en ese entonces.

Para el año 2005, estando en el colegio, cursando el cuarto grado de primaria, quería obtener mi primer teléfono móvil, que en ese entonces estaba de moda el Motorola E815, era como el modelo anterior del Motorola moto Razr. Así que sin tanta ambición busqué las maneras de lograr mi objetivo, me puse a evaluar mis posibilidades en ese entonces y con la rutina que tenía en solo estar en casa e ir al colegio en las mañanas, así que me elegí la opción que todo niño pudiera hacer en ese entonces, llevar mis juguetes y ofrecerlos a manera de alquiler, donde en ese entonces tenía los populares digimones, pequeños de plástico y que todo mundo quería tener para jugar. Mis abuelos y padres estaban al tanto de esto, pero no le dieron importancia porque eran cuestiones de niño, sin imaginar el gran impacto que tendría en eso.

My grandparents and parents were aware of this, but they didn't give it any importance because it was a child's issue, without imagining the great impact it would have on that.

Como era de esperarse iba reuniendo dinero, pero la velocidad en que lo hice, fue impresionante. El estimado para el teléfono era 120.000 Bs, entre los alquileres al día hacia entre 1000 - 2000 Bs, por lo que me tomó aproximadamente tres meses en juntar todo el dinero, algo impresionante para mí. Just when I was getting all the money, my school teacher called my parents to talk about it, to which my teacher said in the meeting "Your son rents toys to buy a phone", the biggest surprise for everyone when I arrived home and they touched on the subject, I had no choice but to take out the money I had gathered and present it to them, they just laughed and told me that they would get the phone soon.

Para antes de Navidad en esa época, logré tener mi primer teléfono, el cual fue comprado con los ahorros y aprovechando los recursos que tenía en ese entonces, que eran mis juguetes, desde ese entonces me di cuenta que podía conseguir lo que quisiera con buena planificación y manteniendo una meta limpia y sin problemas. Basado en la constancia y motivación, lo logré. Hoy puedo decir que repetí la misma hazaña con los ahorros que he logrado en el mundo de la blockchain, precisamente entre HIVE y EOS. Esta fue mi historia, espero haya sido de su agrado.
