En serio encontré muy grato compartir mis locos experimentos de inversión aquí en leo, con un poco de atención es posible sentirse muy recompensado por el tiempo que uno se toma como creador de contenidos para crear blogs. Especialmente para mi que soy un loco de los números, a pesar de qué no soy ningún experto me es suficiente para jugar en el mundo de las inversiones con un nivel de matématicas promedio, lo importante al final es esa capacidad de ver las cosas de distintas maneras.

Lo que más me gusta de dcity es la simpleza del sistema pero al mismo tiempo la profundidad de las estrategias qué puedes usar para abrirte paso a las ganancias potenciales que el ecosistema ofrece a los jugadores.
Finalmente me animé a volver a jugar por el hecho de que Dcity ha sabido sobrevivir al tiempo pues lleva varios meses en linea, siguen pagando y muy importante también el hecho de que tiene un volumen de mercado que permite ofrecer una liquidez bastante buena a los jugadores.
Me decidí apostar a una estrategia basada en la creación de ciudades técnologicas, pues me pareció muy interesante que haya cartas de tecnología con un precio minimo de 400 HIVE. Aunque claro hay que considerar que el droprate de estas cartas son muy bajas y el máximo de probabilidad que podemos obtener para el drop diario es de 25%. Por ende apenas 1 de cada 4 días saldrá premiado con una carta, además la mitad de las veces que recibamos una carta será del primer tier con un valor inferior a los 5 Hive.
El objetivo es obtener el 25% de descubrimiento máximo mediante la compra de universidades, apartamentos para tener población que trabaje en ellas, un research center y listo!
Es una apuesta riesgosa que no asegura nada, pero a la cual se puede potenciar teniendo varias ciudades con la tecnología como principal factor.
La primera ciudad
Tristemente estos 2 últimos meses mi nivel de liquidez se ha reducido bastante jeje por lo tanto, apenas he podido fundar la primera ciudad de este experimento pero eso no ha impedido que ya podamos calcular el ROI.
Tengo que aclarar que en esta primera ciudad no tuve que desbloquear las tecnologías porque ya lo había hecho con anterioridad, sin embargo a partir de la segunda lo tendré en cuenta en el cáculo.
También debo aclarar que dado a que no había planeado subir este experimento, así que omití algunos días de historial, aviso que este primer reporte está un poco inpreciso por la falta de datos que olvidé recopilar. Pero es un aproximado y me servirá de base para los siguientes reportes que serán mucho más precisos.

valor de las cartas: 22 HIVE
Ganancias diaria por posición en el ranking:
0.14 Hive * 18 días desde qué empecé el experimento

300 SIM (1,437 HIVE) * 18 días
total= 25.386
TOTAL hive earned: 50.386 HIVE
ROI: 5.89%
Expected APR based on the actual roi: 119.43%
Pensamientos finales
A partir de la segunda ciudad los cálculos serán mucho más precisos, además decir que el retorno aproximado anual es bastante bueno sin contar que conla suficiente suerte este APR se puede disparar hasta un 200% o 300%.

I really found it very nice to share my crazy investment experiments here on leo, with a little attention it is possible to feel very rewarded for the time one takes as a content creator to create blogs. What I like the most about dcity is the simplicity of the system but at the same time the depth of the strategies that you can use to make your way to the potential profits that the ecosystem offers to the players.
Finally, I was encouraged to play again due to the fact that Dcity has managed to survive the time since it has been online for several months, they continue to pay and very important also the fact that it has a market volume that allows it to offer quite good liquidity to the players .
I decided to bet on a strategy based on the creation of technological cities, since I found it very interesting that there are technology cards with a minimum price of 400 HIVE. Although of course we must consider that the drop rate of these cards are very low and the maximum probability that we can obtain for the daily drop is 25%. Therefore, only 1 out of every 4 days will be rewarded with a letter, and half the times we receive a letter will be from the first tier with a value lower than 5 Hive.
It is a risky bet that does not assure anything, but which can be enhanced by having several cities with technology as the main factor.
The first city
Sadly in the last 2 months my liquidity level has been reduced a lot lol therefore, I have barely been able to found the first city of this experiment but that has not prevented us from calculating the ROI.
I have to clarify that in this first city I did not have to unlock the technologies because I had already done it before, however from the second I will take it into account in the calculation.
I must also clarify that since I had not planned to upload this experiment, so I omitted some days of history, I notice that this first report is a bit inaccurate due to the lack of data that I forgot to collect. But it is an approximate and will serve as the basis for the following reports that will be much more accurate.

Final thoughts
Starting from the second city, the calculations will be much more accurate, in addition to saying that the approximate annual return is quite good without counting that with enough luck this APR can shoot up to 200% or 300%.
