My Hive adventure started on March 5, 2019 and today January 4, 2021, 22 months have passed since my first login.

Every month I like to write a monthly report to track my activity on Hive and to monitor the progress against the goals I set beforehand.

About two months ago I reshaped my goals and established a main goal and some secondary goals.

My Wallet

On December 3, 2020 on my Wallet I had a total value of 10808,576 HIVE (HIVE+HP+HBD).

Today, January 4, 2021 my Wallet contains: 11642.864 HP , 3.543 HDB and 196.536 HIVE.

To calculate the total value in HIVE of my wallet I must first convert the HDB to HIVE.

3,543 HDB, based on today's value (by @coingecko), equals 28,216 HIVE

Adding it all up, the total value of my wallet is 11867.616 HIVE

The total HIVE (HP+HDB+HIVE) that I have earned in just over a month is 1059.04
This is slightly higher than the November result (1043.37 HIVE).

I close the month with the following increase in value: +8,92%

I created a table to track my progress towards the goal I set for myself.
In the table I have also calculated and set intermediate (monthly) goals that, if reached, will allow me to arrive more easily to my final goal.

The goal to reach in December was 1476.26 HIVE.
As in the previous month I did not reach the monthly goal and for this reason the difference is spread and added to the monthly goals of the following months.
The monthly goal to be reached in January increases and is 1511.03 HIVE.

Secondary Goals

Token LEO - Goal 1000 1500 LEO (STAKED)

My LEO token goal is not a secondary goal.
In fact it is definitely a main goal, but since this is my monthly report of my HP goal, I have included it as a secondary goal.

I have always believed in the strength of the Leofinance project and community since it was called Steemleo and I have never sold a LEO token.

On my wallet I have 494,971 LEO tokens (STAKED)

In December I created the account @libertyleo27 (curation account) to which I delegated all my LEO tokens and with which I vote posts with leo and leofinance tags.

On @libertyleo27's wallet there are 2,931 LEOs (Staked).

So I have a total of 497,902 LEO (2,931 + 494,971).

On December 3, 2020 I had a total of 435.49 LEO on my wallet.
I bought 37 LEO by investing the profit I got from selling the CBM tokens from the Cryptobrewmaster game.
In one month I got a total of 62,412 LEO.

My previous goal was to reach 1000 LEO tokens by the end of the year.
I have decided to raise my goal and would like to reach a total of 1500 LEO tokens by December 31, 2021.
To reach my goal I need to earn an average of 83.50 LEO per month.

Reputation Goal: 76

Reputation is one of the mechanisms that most differentiates Hive from other centralized platforms.
In fact, in traditional social platforms there is no reputation at all and the reason is simple: only the user's data counts and not the user's activity or the quality of the content posted.

On December 3, 2020 my reputation was 71.63.
Today, January 4, 2021 my reputation is 72.01.

In the month of December my reputation value increased by 0.38 points with an increase of +0.53%.
The exact same increase as in November.

Based on the site's information: https://hivebuzz.me/ranking my reputation score puts me in position 768 among all Hive users (last month I was in position number 842).

Until today I have published 797 posts.

In the month of December I published 39 posts (6 more posts than in November).
To reach my goal I need to publish another 503 posts in 12 months (average of 41 posts per month).

Engagement goal (total number of comments): 15000

I'm a big believer in the value and importance of interaction between Hive users.
Interacting is a way to confront different ideas and thoughts and from a constructive confrontation can be born many interesting and new ideas.
For this reason I set a goal as number of comments.

Until today I have published 8276 comments (just under 12 comments per day).

To reach my goal I need to raise my average to at least 18 comments per day.

My activity to promote Hive is an ongoing activity and I take every opportunity to talk about and promote Hive.
I also use traditional social and messaging apps to share my Hive posts to friends and family.
In the last month, I haven't been able to bring any new users to Hive but I'm not losing heart at all and hope to bring more and more people to the blockchain I love.

At the beginning of December I had 521 followers, today I have 542 (+21 from the previous month's report).

December: Considerations

Also this month I didn't reach the monthly result I had set at the beginning of the month, but the time I had at my disposal wasn't much, so I'm still satisfied with the results of December.

The less time available has also produced a slight decrease in the total rewards that come from the curation activity:

• Total Curation Rewards (HP): 136 HIVE (last month: 141 HIVE)

Even though I wrote 6 more posts than the previous month, the total rewards derived from posting also decreased.

• Total Author Rewards (HP): 723 HIVE (last month: 791 HIVE)

Intentions for the month of January

---

In December I had less time to dedicate to Hive.
In January I should have a little more time because I've cleared some of the backlog of work that had accumulated due to the total lockdown in March, April and May.

The communities I'm most active in are the Olio di Balena and Discovery-it communities.

On Olio di Balena I publish most of my posts while following the @discovery-it curation trail to support authors who write great posts.

In December, I started posting directly from the front end of Leofinance and interacting with users in the community.

My experience has been very positive and in January I will try to publish and interact more with the leofinance community users.
The world of finance and trading is one that has always fascinated me but my knowledge is absolutely basic.
On leofinance I have read many interesting posts written by really competent authors and continuing to read their posts will allow me to improve and increase my knowledge in the world of finance and in particular in the world of finance related to the world of crypto.

In particular I want to thank and I will never get tired of doing it @fedesox, one of the greatest Hive promoters I know, for the continuous support he gave me since the first months here on Hive and a good part of my growth I owe to him.

The goals I have set for myself will not be easy to achieve but if I had chosen easier goals they would not have been fun and challenging to achieve.

Will I make it?
Maybe not but my effort will be maximum!
