Almost everyone on hive knows about @splinterlands one of successful and leading gaming dapp ever. Ranked as #1 dapp by many events. It all started with the idea of own and tradable asset card game. There have been already a FAQ post by @splinterlands and few more updates about new lottery system. 18 out of 30 Regions have been already booked by pools or whales. Also DEC is already on moon almost hit 0.00095$, close to its pegged value.

Let's come to the point. In pre-sale, land is available on 50% discount, which means its already a good looking investment opportunity or to grab land for further use. At this point a plot is costing 10$. One can avail further discounts if they buy a tract or region. Details can be checked from @splinterlands post. Mainly land will be used to mint up potions and cards which will be able to affect battle outcomes, which was previously not possible. One important thing about land is it will have a governance system and people can trade resources by making transport systems and taxes. It would be awesome to get more details. Also the best part is for every 1$ spent on presale one enters in raffle. Hope to get something out of it.

I'm already planning to buy at least a tract but am low on funds. I'm trying to buy hive using fiat for this purpose. I already bought about 1750 hive today worth almost 175$. That's a lot for me. It's almost equal to my 1 month salary.
