Debt is good true but one most know how to curtail it so it won't escalate beyond the normal sense

It is great that HBD is becoming massive, I like the debt ceiling in HBD from 10% to 20%.
I like the debt ceiling, which has change from 10% to 20%. And I have also learnt that managing the debt correctly is pertinent.
