I got dust issues too with my coins, its everywhere. Have often clean the outside of capsules with a damp cloth without class cleaner. Sometimes the coin has some dust on it too somehow.

These photos are a mixture of dust on the capsule and some enhancement that my phone does with the photos, making them crisper. Not good...:=(
