You made a very nice point here and I would also like to emphasize on the fact that most of the government policies that are made in Nigeria seems to be unfavorable to the petty business people and most especially to some business startups.

Please,do not mind all the schemes that are being publicized and called a scheme for supporting small and medium enterprises. Those that want to start up something are being help off because what they earn is hardly enough to handle theirexpenses talk more of starting up a new business.

It's people like this that really need support from government but even if such a person happens to be a beneficiary, there will still be loopholes that would be used to pull down the business so that only the top giants will be surviving while milking the economy
