What will alt season have in store for us.

For me this is newest moment of all time highs and I have never been so prepared to actually pack my bags and cash out before the whole thing falls apart again. There, I have said it. This season is starting to scare the crap out of me, and also about the amounts of cash which are involved from all kinds of sides. And these sides are not always the ones which we are hoping for and it must mean for sure that some of us will get rekt, like mucho.

I don’t want to be that person. Greed and diversification are taking over for people on the hunt for the most exotic altcoin that exists. Doge already too alternative, well Shiba, CumMoon, Safemoon and whatever moon are just waiting in line to take over and for people to make their gains. And where people make their gains, there is also always a loser.

Even though the fear and greed index isn’t in the extreme greed as yet (this is last year..all is different now), I do believe people are starting to think this way in FOMO-ing into the most weirdest buys. Sometimes they will use their precious BTC for it (hello 2017 mistake), and sometimes it is a gamble with fiat. I just do hope so that people also realize that it all can just go -90% in no time.

I saw this post from a dude who secretly took out a part of the savings account from his parents to buy something. This token mooned and now he was able to buy them a house. Nice story, and luckily for him (and especially for his parents) it worked out, but this also could have turned the other way in no time.

Yes, the gains are high at the moment, but the risk is also high at the moment. Although I do believe that alt season is amongst us and according to the stock-2-flow model we will have a bullrun for a bit more, but when will this cycle end or just cool down. We are all aware that it will, but are the new people also aware of that it will?

Are they really comprehending that somewhere in a not too far away future their precious shitcoin will dump again, and then because BTC will tank that their token will exponentially tank with it? Are you really ready for that again? Remember when BTS went from 0.92 back to 0.02? Remember when EOS went from 22 back to 2.80. Remember that ethereum was 100 bucks two years back after being 1200 the year before? Remember LTC going from 350 or something back to 17? I remember this all very vivid

I know the numbers are abstract, but when you have those bleeding in your wallet they are not so abstract anymore. Then you see your funds evaporate in your wallet and that truly sucks.

Now the good thing from my behalf is that the majority of my funding is raised by grinding online. Blogging, gaming, videos and maybe a small investment here and there. But realistically I would say 90% of my wallet is made and not paid for. And that feels good on thinking about the idea on cashing out some here and there. Honestly, I would always continue working around HIVE and that would not stop.

I like the community and I like writing crap and nonsense and what the heck, it pays for it as well. And yes, I do use my funds as well to also diversify and make some gains. I am dedicated to HIVE but also try to spot some opportunities. I don’t think that makes me a sell out, I think that makes me smart.

So my HIVE back will always stay at least around the 5000 HIVE and some parts earned in side hustles will get sold. And yes, this will let me eat and drink from that one day. And that day is around the corner and I am willing to go there. Think about this for yourself
