Pimp My City 🌁 @FaustoFraser 🌆 Xzibit Comes To Your DCity
@JustinParke here with Xzibit, and we put a 24-inch ROI where your old ROI used to be, and turned your old ROI into a Weed Dispensary.
I recently cancelled my long-running #HiveComic contest, so I've been looking for something new to fill the void and entertain me, so with some inspiration from @luca-legend and Xzibit, I decided to do a "Pimp My City" post for a deserving Hiver.

Fausto is a good friend of mine here in Suriname, and he has taken my family and I on many adventures, as well as everything from helping us find affordable housing to getting legally married.
Fausto's Un-Pimped DCity 🏚️
Since Fasuto is the person who turned me on to DCity.io, I figured the least I could do was call up Xzibit to pimp his city a little bit.
Luckily Xzibit has a lot of free-time these days since the cancellation of "Pimp My Ride," so he was quite easy to reach. After a short chat with Xzibit, we both determined Fausto's city has a homeless, immigrant, and popularity problem.

Fausto's Newly Pimped DCity 🏡
So...it wasn't easy explaining to Xzbit that there are no "20-Inch Wheels" and "7-Inch Plasma Screen" cards in DCity, but through a rap battle we determined that 1x Basic Home, 1x Gym, and 1x Artist would be the perfect gentrification kit for Fausto's slightly dangerous village.
Once 24 hours has passed, the crime rate will have dropped, the hipsters will start moving in, and an art gallery is likely to open soon. Also ,now that his DCity's popularity is above a 10 (must be above 10 for training to work), the "Job Center" card can start functioning.

Here's The Keys 🔑
Xzibit and I have limited financial means these days, but we did the best we could do on a budget. Some stats may seem unaffected because we are working on a small scale and dealing with decimal points, but every little bit matters and is calculated into the algorithm.
The most important statistic is that your SIM income is up 35%+, a huge increase in the scheme of things.
Enjoy your newly pimped city @FaustoFraser, the Job Center will start doing it's magic soon, and if you go inside, you'll notice we decked it out with subwoofers, plasma screens, pleather couches, and a Twizzlers dispenser under every chair.

Also the idea with the artist going to gym is a good one. It keeps crime low as the guy is busy pumping iron.

If @gerber inserts gentrification would be awesome! I will do different cities, a pot dwelling artist city, then a factory city, something like Detroit and some university city, maybe a financial city to sustain the others. :)

There are a lot of good tutorials, especially this one from @ecoinstats. Basically, buy what you need in the beginning, then once you have a good base, start buying random cards for 4 HIVE / 800 SIM, then sell what you don't need on the market.
It's really not that hard, I got 95% of the game within 24 hours. !ENGAGE 15

ENGAGEtokens.Yoooo JP, thanks a million dude! After I got Leila interested in dCity, I send my cards to her and my brothers account (he's taking care of my criminal citizens). I'll be putting some extra effort in further pimping this city thanks to your pimpin ;)
Note: I gave my first Job center to Leila and was going to save up for one myself...so double thanks for this awesome 35% boost! I'm a city owner and a landlord while enjoying those subwoofers and my computerscreen on those plasma's....a dream come true!
