No me interpretes incorrectamente, con esto quiero decir que debemos poner orden a todo lo relacionado con tus finanzas, todos los documentos como facturas, recibos, etc. Ya sea que lo guardes en soporte magnético o bien en carpetas, es necesario que lo guardes en lugar seguro.
Por ejemplo: Todos aquellos pagos fijos mensuales, trimestrales o anuales como seguros, electricidad, alquiler o hipoteca, lo puedes asegurar en planillas de hojas de cálculos o bien darle entrada mediante alguna aplicación.
Lo que buscamos en este primer punto es que nos organicemos y podamos tener acceso rápido y completo a todos aquellos gastos en estos casos los previsibles y de esta manera tener absoluta claridad y mayor control al respecto.
Como dije anteriormente, utiliza todos los recursos que tienes a disposición para una mejor organización y aquí vale todo aquello que puedas imaginar.
