MetaMask with 1 million users per month!

The MetaMask user base in the Defi sector is growing and the popular Ethereum portfolio currently has over one million active users.

Such an increase in the number of users is mainly related to the interest in the Defi sector.
MetaMask recorded an increase in popularity thanks to, among others, DeFi Uniswap, Yearn Finance, Curve, MakerDAO and Aave, emphasizing its commitment to supporting DeFi development:

"Over the past twelve months, the significant growth in the adoption of DAOs, Web3 games, and the rapid take-up of DeFi products and services by consumers has further accelerated our growth curve.

The monthly number of MetaMask users has tripled since February, while the total value blocked in DeFi protocols has increased tenfold over the same period.
