RE: El Salvador Implements Block Chain Technology while Stock Markets move to Block Chains away from the Web

I have a feeling that stable coin will be hit fairly hard by the US government. While I prefer more stable coins, I am more interested in figuring how they will back the stable coins. Will it be by assets, holding enough dollars or some algorithm?
