Haciendo una analogía, podemos decir que – desde su primera transacción en el 2009 – hasta el momento, el Bitcoín, como todo desarrollo natural, ha ido madurando, de allí que, ya a las puertas de su adolescencia se encuentra adquiriendo mayor identidad y peso en los diversos mercados financieros.

De hecho, ya hace unos meses, especialmente con la pandemia de este año, se ha venido hablando de su desacoplamiento paulatino con respecto al mercado en general. Incluso, al principio, era una característica que estaba compartiendo con el oro, ya hoy se habla de que hasta a éste ha dejado atrás.

Making an analogy, we can say that - since its first transaction in 2009 - until now, Bitcoin, as all natural development, has been maturing, so that, already at the gates of its adolescence is acquiring greater identity and weight in the various financial markets.

In fact, already a few months ago, especially with this year's pandemic, there has been talk of its gradual decoupling from the market in general. Even at the beginning, it was a characteristic that it was sharing with gold, and today there is talk that it has even left gold behind.

El desacoplamiento del bitcoin significa que no existe una correlación directa con los demás activos financieros; por ejemplo, mientras los demás caen en su valor y precio, éste se mantiene. Por eso, un primer impacto, muy positivo, es que se va asumiendo– cada vez más – como reserva de valor.

Esta es la razón por la cual ya las grandes instituciones están comprando sus grandes sumas de bitcoins, pues, ya lo ven como la mejor inversión que pueden hacer para proteger sus ganancias.

Esto también quiere decir que el mundo está comprendiendo que no hay dinero más seguro que el criptográfico, pues, hoy es el bitcoin, pero en unos años se irán fortaleciendo las demás criptomonedas. Y este es otro impacto a considerar, ya que estos grandes inversores luego de entrar en bitcoin empezarán también a mirar otros proyectos, por eso, nos alegramos todos con las grandes y buenas noticias que se están desarrollando en torno a la economía mundial, pues, no digo a corto sino a largo plazo, se palparán más concretamente sus resultados.

The decoupling of bitcoin means that there is no direct correlation with the other financial assets; for example, while the others fall in value and price, it remains. Therefore, a first, very positive impact is that it is assumed -more and more- as a value reserve.

This is the reason why large institutions are already buying their large amounts of bitcoins, because they already see it as the best investment they can make to protect their profits.

This also means that the world is realizing that there is no money more secure than cryptography, because today it is bitcoin, but in a few years the other crypto currencies will be strengthened. And this is another impact to consider, since these big investors after entering bitcoin will also start looking at other projects, so we are all happy with the great and good news that is developing around the world economy, because, I do not say in the short term but in the long term, its results will be felt more concretely.

Mientras tanto, ¿qué podemos hacer? Lo primero es estar atentos a los acontecimientos que van sucediendo, ya que son los que dan fundamento a las posiciones que podamos asumir. Y, en segundo lugar, ampliar nuestro capital a la moneda criptográfica, seguir o empezar a ahorrar en dinero criptográfico, que es el auténtico, ante el dinero que – sin control ni supervisión – imprimen los bancos y gobiernos.

Pues, hoy todavía debemos cargar con el dinero fiat, y hacer intercambios continuos entre criptos y monedas de circulación corriente, pero llegará el día en que ni siquiera esto será necesario porque la criptografía irá ganando cada vez más terreno.

In the meantime, what can we do? The first thing is to be attentive to the events that are happening, since they are the ones that give foundation to the positions that we can assume. And, secondly, to increase our capital to cryptographic currency, to continue or start saving in cryptographic money, which is the real thing, in the face of the money that - without control or supervision - is printed by banks and governments.

Well, today we still have to carry the fiat money, and make continuous exchanges between crypts and coins of current circulation, but the day will come when not even this will be necessary because cryptography will gain more and more ground.
