The latest news for the crypto market in general has been good as institutional money is already starting to move into them, Square, an important company is an example of this.

The forecasts are that little by little more institutions of this type will be incorporated, which is very good for the consolidation of cryptographic projects where they enter, although it is already enough that they begin to join Bitcoin, because normally a growth in this crypto-active drags, sooner or later, the strongest altcoins.

In this post, however, I don't want to go into this in depth, but rather call attention to the fact that the use of cryptocurrencies is popular in countries with hyperinflation and/or totalitarian regimes, since these are the places where most progress is being made in their knowledge and adoption, which is also important for the growth and consolidation of the cryptocurrencies market.

In Venezuela, we have years of hyperinflation, which has caused that practically our local currency (the Bolivar) is more a national symbol than money with significant value, so that we have an idea let's simply think about the conversion of 1$ to Bolivar, which at the time I write these lines is approximately 445,000, needing - if we want it in cash - 9 bills of the highest denomination.

If we add to this, the incredible but certain dollarization of the country (here everything must be quoted in dollars, to avoid losses) but the labor income taxed by the government in bolivars (a little more than one dollar), you can imagine a little why the news speaks so much of the Venezuelan crisis.

The solution that most Venezuelans have achieved to this has been the remittances sent by their fellow citizens abroad, who have also left precisely as a result of this crisis.

Others, a growing minority, have looked at cryptocurrencies as an alternative, especially bitcoin, because of the ease of access that can be had to it, above all, because there is no interference from any third party at the time of receiving your money (Remember that transfers in crypto-currencies are Peer to Peer, from person to person).

This is particularly convenient if we look, for example, at the case of commissions charged for remittances in what is known as trust money (dollar-bolivar), in addition to the government's financial control over them.

All this is avoided by sending these remittances to Venezuelans in cryptographic money (dollar-cryptocurrencies), since it cannot be censored and can then be exchanged for ordinary money (fiduciary money, bolivar) in the exchange houses that already exist in the national territory for this purpose.

In this way, crypto-currencies have become a financial tool that has allowed many to face the current crisis. If we add the case of Venezuela to that of other countries in a similar situation (China, Russia, etc.), then we can reaffirm the title of this post: we are heading towards a greater adoption of cryptocurrencies.
