Dollarized without dollars - Dolarizados sin dólares
My country has some peculiarities that make it unique, as I all suppose. In that sense, it is like each person, unique and unrepeatable, although there are behaviors that are repeated in the inhabitants of a country, probably because the example and the environment are things that cannot be easily escaped.
In Argentina, confidence in the dollar is higher than that of the Americans themselves. And that is something that has been forming in the collective unconscious for many years and by action or omission of our different governments. They have achieved that we do not have confidence in our local currency and surely that is the main problem by which inflation continues to erode wages despite any measure taken regardless of the government in power.
At the moment there is a huge shortage of the green bill, there are real and virtual "stocks", the real one is given by the limitation to the acquisition of only US $ 200 per month for any ordinary and virtual person because the cost of those dollars has a tax that takes it well above the official price.
The lack of American currencies also affects trade, a large number of imports, many of them essential to keep the local industry in operation, are virtually stopped because the state does not have or does not authorize, and for that matter, the effect is the same. , the transfer of foreign currency abroad.
With regard to cryptocurrencies, the Argentine has found a way to replace that somewhat unhealthy need to accumulate dollars, replacing it in general with those of the stable rate with its value tied to that of the North American currency. Even books, videos, podcasts, and all sorts of news and advice on how to replace the most beloved currency with something similar are already circulating throughout the country.
According to experts on the subject, in our country, it is the case that more USDT and DAI circulate than BTC and ETH. It is curious but expected; However, this behavior leads to a good entry into the world of cryptocurrencies and surely in the near future my compatriots will turn fully to the rest of the offer, not only in currency but also in investments and exchange. Knowing that here the experts in economics or rather specialists in how to survive in chaos, are so abundant that their number is almost similar to that of the stable population.
Mi país tiene algunas particularidades que lo hacen único, como todos supongo. En ese sentido es como cada persona, único e irrepetible, aunque hay conductas que se repiten en los habitantes de un país, probablemente porque el ejemplo y el entorno son cosas de las que no se puede escapar fácilmente.
En la Argentina la confianza en el dólar es superior a la que tienen los propios estadounidenses. Y eso es algo que se ha ido formando en el inconsciente colectivo durante muchos años y por acción u omisión de nuestros diferentes gobiernos. Han logrado que no tengamos confianza en nuestra moneda local y seguramente ese es el problema principal por el cual la inflación continúa erosionando los salarios pese a cualquier medida que se tome independientemente del gobierno de turno.
En estos momentos hay una escases enorme del verde billete, hay un “cepo” real y otro virtual, el real está dado por la limitación a la adquisición de solo U$S 200 por mes para cualquier persona común y virtual porque el costo de esos dólares tiene un impuesto que lo lleva muy por encima de la cotización oficial.
La falta de divisas americanas también hace mella en el comercio, gran cantidad de importaciones, muchas de ellas esenciales para mantener la industria local en funcionamiento, están virtualmente paradas porque el estado no tiene o no autoriza, y para el caso el efecto es el mismo, el giro de divisas al exterior.
Con respecto a las criptomonedas, el argentino ha encontrado una forma de sustituir esa necesidad un poco enfermiza de acumular dólares reemplazándolo en general por las del tipo estable con su valor atado al de la moneda norteamericana. Incluso ya circulan por todo el país libros, videos, podcasts y toda suerte de noticias y consejos sobre como sustituir la moneda más amada por algo similar.
Según expertos en el tema, en nuestro país se da el caso de que circulan más USDT y DAI que BTC y ETH. Es curioso pero esperable; no obstante ello, esta conducta conlleva a una buena entrada al mundo de las criptomonedas y seguramente en un futuro cercano mis compatriotas se volcarán de lleno al resto de la oferta, no solo de moneda sino también a las inversiones e intercambio. Sabiendo que aquí los expertos en economía o mejor dicho especialista en cómo sobrevivir en el caos, abundan tanto que su cantidad es casi similar a la de la población estable.

Es muy cierto, yo no tengo dólares, pero sí tengo criptomonedas.
Hola @valeryc, con las restricciones fijadas a la libre compra de divisas es una alternativa muy válida, inclusive para aquellos que dudan de las criptomonedas o que no conocen o no entienden su mecánica, el USDT o el DAI son una opción cada vez más elegidas aquí.
