Die hard - Dificil de matar
The number and quality of detractors of cryptocurrencies are almost as great as that of supporters and advocates. In favor of the former, we can say that many governments, their central banks, and most of the financial businesses led by banks are constantly trying to turn them around or at least create the greatest possible mistrust in order to avoid what we all see, that a large amount people adopt them.
It happens that some companies are making it difficult, Visa for example. The large payments company that is the undisputed leader in this field in the world market has reported that users of cryptocurrency-based cards have incurred expenses of one billion dollars in the first six months of the year.
The directors of the aforementioned company are enthusiastic about the growth of the segment and have announced that they will continue to support the growth of cryptocurrencies as part of their global business strategy.
To date, Visa has made alliances with more than fifty companies in the sector and for now, the main business is given in cryptocurrency card programs whose holders can automatically convert and spend their holdings, quickly and safely with very reasonable costs in the entire network of shops that on the other hand is gigantic. This format does not require that the businesses adhering to the collection with Visa must have accounts or cryptocurrency wallets or any knowledge about their operations and prices; This has caused the entire scheme to remain exactly the same as if the money came from banks or other financial organizations.
In parallel, Visa is supporting other projects such as the cryptocurrency rewards developed by BlockFi and is working on the compatibility of its credit cards with the stablecoin USDC.
Cryptocurrencies penetrate the formal commercial and financial market quickly and firmly and these types of projects make it more difficult to ignore or fight them every day.

La cantidad y calidad de detractores de las criptomonedas es casi tan grande como la de partidarios y defensores. A favor de los primeros podemos decir que muchos gobiernos, sus bancos centrales y la mayoría de los negocios financieros liderados por bancos están permanentemente tratando de voltearlas o al menos crear la mayor desconfianza posible para de esa manera evitar lo que todos vemos, que gran cantidad de personas las adopten.
Ocurre que se algunas empresas se lo están poniendo difícil, Visa por ejemplo. La gran empresa de pagos que es líder indiscutido en ese rubro en el mercado mundial ha reportado que los usuarios de tarjetas basadas en criptomonedas han realizado gastos por mil millones de dólares en los primeros seis meses del año.
Los directivos de la mencionada compañía están entusiasmados con el crecimiento del segmento y han anunciado que continuarán apoyando el crecimiento de las criptomonedas como parte de la estrategia global de su negocio.
Hasta el presente Visa ha realizado alianzas con más de cincuenta empresas del sector y por ahora el principal negocio está dado en programas de tarjetas de criptomonedas cuyos tenedores pueden convertir y gastar en forma automática sus tenencias, de manera rápida y segura con costos muy razonables en toda la red de comercios que por otra parte es gigantesca. Este formato no requiere que los comercios adheridos al cobro con Visa deban tener cuentas ni monederos de criptomonedas ni ningún conocimiento sobre la operatoria y cotización de las mismas; esto ha generado que todo el esquema permanezca exactamente igual que si el dinero proviniera de bancos u otros organismos financieros.
Paralelamente, Visa está apoyando otros proyectos como el de recompensas en criptomonedas desarrollado por BlockFi y está trabajando en la compatibilidad de sus tarjetas de crédito con la stablecoin USDC.
Las criptomonedas penetran en el mercado comercial y financiero formal de manera rápida y firme y este tipo proyectos hacen que cada día sea más difícil ignorarlas o pelearlas.
