Growth Is Vital

For anyone that knows me, you should know that I am a strong believer in a good distribution of tokens and that I think that the distribution of tokens are one of the absolute most important ingredients to having a healthy, strong and growing community. I have often talked about different classes and that a strong middle class is vital for our success. Where the actual line is, between lower & upper class might be tricky to determine, but I personally think it's around the minnow level.

A minnow is a user with 500 Hive Power, or ~10 LEO Power (according to a previous calculation), but truth to be told, someone who's eager to be a part of- and making something decent out of LeoFinance won't be able to do much with just 10 LEO Power, so I'll change this to ~100 LEO Power, which is according to that same calculation Dolphin level on LeoFinance.io

The Minnow-ASAP project is not backed by whales or other wealthy accounts, and it is not an official Hive or LeoFinance project either. It is my personal project where I will focus on the 'lesser accounts' to create a healthier and happier community. As this project is based on generosity and goodwill, the results may vary, but the end goal is to push people into new heights to establish a strong foundation to build upon.

At the time I am writing this, 1 LEO is worth 3.89 Hive and the success of LeoFinance is undeniable. LeoFinance is paving the way for Hive and other communities, and we have seen amazing things happen so far. The Minnow-ASAP project is just an addition to cause some more 'ripple effects', but it is important, despite the amazing LEO success, that we don't forget about Hive.

The Minnow-ASAP project was first created on Steem and we had incredible results. We pushed dozens of people into Minnowhood in a rapid way and I hope we can have similar, or even better results on Hive with the help of the best second layer token to this date; LEO from LeoFinance.io.

My goal is to push Five (5) different users each week and what I hope to accomplish with each 'push' is more exposure, followers and growth for each user that will be selected.

I haven't decided upon the exact details so far and they might be changed with time, but for starters I will go with a donation of 5 LEO tokens per user, reblogging 1 article of each user and 5x 100% upvotes on either comments or articles of each user as well.

My upvote is worth ~0.280 LEO, which equates to ~0.140 LEO upon payout for each upvote. That gives each user approximately 0.7 LEO after 5 upvotes, which equates to (based on the current price of LEO) 2.6 Hive. With some luck, and what I hope for, is that others will follow my example and do that little extra for these users I will select, so we practically spoon feed these users for a limited time, (7 days).

This should lead to more exposure and encouragement for these users and it should act as a boost of motivation. It should also give these users that extra push they need to continue to contribute and it should be seen as a token of appreciation. According to me, it's a win/win for everyone in the long haul.

Who Am I Looking For?

I am looking for people close to 500 Hive Power and/or 100 Leo Power, who contributes and have not yet been able to establish any significant support on a daily basis. In other words, people who are not heavily rewarded for their contributions. I am mainly looking for people who are overlooked despite their efforts of sharing quality content.

This is not for people eager to cash out everything they earn.
